UBER FOR PHOTOGRAPHER
Ownmento is an app that connects solo travelers with other traveling photographers, enabling them to get a helping hand to take their pictures and make new travel friends. Ownmento also acts as a marketplace for traveling photographers, connecting their professional skills to a need while in a travel.

CHALLENGE
HOW MIGHT WE HELP YOUNG TRAVELERS FEEL SOCIALLY CONNECTED EVEN WHILE GOING FOR A SOLO VACATION?
BACKGROUND
Solo travel is in the top 3 travel trends 2017 and there has been 40% increase in google searches for solo travel. While solo travel gives us a time to focus on ourselves, there's been noted a couple of problems that solo travel usually face. Among all of the problems, selfie is in the top 10 awkward struggles for solo travel.
INSIGHT FROM A SOLO TRAVELER
As a solo traveler, I want to keep a memory of my journey in photos, but I'm very bad at taking selfies. Furthermore, I feel shy if I have to ask random strangers for taking photos. I feel like the odd one out.

We used Sketch app to design the app user interface and Marvel app to prototype the user experience.
